1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Südvik online platform, including quotes, bookings, payments and tracking. By opening an account you accept these terms in full.
2. Quotes and bookings
Published prices are indicative and valid for seven days. A booking becomes binding on confirmation by Südvik or its agent. Freight, surcharges and local charges are payable as invoiced.
3. Bulk shipments
Bulk fixtures are subject to vessel availability and laycan confirmation. Loading terms (FIOST, FILO, LIFO, LILO) determine responsibility for loading, stowage, trimming and discharge costs.
4. Liability
Carriage is subject to the Südvik bill of lading terms and applicable international conventions (Hague-Visby Rules). Liability is limited as set out therein.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen.
